Ordering Is your Web-Site Secure?
Yes, in fact our shopping cart and credit card processing is separated from the informational portion of our website. In fact you may notice upon checkout or sign in you will enter a separate "secure" online ordering system that is linked to but separate from our public "information portion" of our web-site. The web-cart / sign in system are fully encrypted and secure specifically to handle personal information and credit card details. We do not sell or share your information. Our secured online ordering system automatically verifies street address, credit card information and greatly reduces the cost and errors related to processing handwritten forms. This also removes the risk of sending your credit card information through the mail or e-mail and eliminates handwritten forms. Our employees cannot see your credit card numbers.
Once I place my order when do you charge my credit card?
We charge your card at the time we process your order request. Our Disc Repair Service is Pre-Paid, therefore you must send in your receipt along with the discs you want repaired. If you fail to provide a receipt this could delay the process to repair your discs, as we will not have a reference in our system to tell us who you are and that you already paid.
What happens if I Pay for 10 Discs online, but want to send in more at the last minute?
If you already ordered & paid online, and found more discs you want to include, simply go back to the ordering page and pay for the additional discs and include the second receipt showing payment for the additional discs. If you send in more discs than what was pre-paid for this will delay your order, as we will attempt to contact you for additional payment. If we cannot reach you, we will send your discs back to you only repairing the number you pre-paid for, and the unpaid for discs will not be repaired.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We will also accept personal, business checks (Checks take 10 business days to clear) or a bank wire transfer, however discs are not released until payment has been verified or the check has cleared. Credit or Debit card payment offers instant payment verification. Large orders can even be spread over several credit cards. Libraries & Government agencies can also apply for a 30 day net line of credit.
